Mounjaro 7.5 mg

**Dosage Schedule (6 months)**
Weeks 1–4: mg once per week
Weeks 5–8: mg once per week
Weeks 9–12: mg once per week
Weeks 13–16: mg once per week
Weeks 17–20: mg once per week
Week 21 and beyond: mg once per week (maximum dose)

**Important considerations:**
Consistency is key: You should try to take the injection on the same day each week, though you can change the day as long as there are at least three days (72 hours) between doses.
Do not change your dose yourself: Your healthcare provider will monitor your progress and tolerability to determine the most effective maintenance dose for you.
Missed doses: If you miss an injection, take it as soon as you remember, provided it has been less than 96 hours (four days). If it has been more than 96 hours, skip the missed dose and take your next one on your regularly scheduled day. Never take two doses within 72 hours of each other.
